DAY OF COORDINATION

Pricing generally range from $750-$1200+ please email for more details. Rate depends on date, location, and invited guest count.
-First Planning - The Initial Planning Meeting takes approximately 30 days before your wedding date. (about 1-1.5 hrs) IP is done in person, preferable at the venue. We complete the Planning Packet together, determine a venue layout, create a diagram and more.
-Second Planning -We go over everything (and I mean everything) from the initial planning meeting, make all updates, timeline changes, and corrections as needed. (about 45 min - 1.5 hours) FP is done over the phone approximately one to two weeks before your wedding date.
-On Call Help by email, text, or phone- On any topic, questions, or concerns related to your wedding, vendors, or details starting FROM THE DAY OF HIRE all the way until your wedding date. (as many hours as you need) I am always available to you as a resource.
-Rehearsal -With family and bridal party at the venue or any location of your choosing. We go through the elements of the ceremony including processional, the giving away, veil reveal and train adjustment, passing of the bouquet, rings, vows, readers, singers, unity element and recessional or all that apply. This is also when we transfer any personal items such as the guest book, favors, signs, unity candle, seating chart, place cards, personal decor, photo booth props, sparklers, pictures and more so I can set them out for you the next day! (1.5 hours total including transfer of personal items) Personals are transferred before the rehearsal.
-Vendor Confirmation - I call all your vendors the beginning of your wedding week to confirm their arrival time, set up and timeline details for the night.
-Preferred Vendors Recommendations - Don't hire just anybody! I have worked with hundreds of vendors and know who has a great reputation and provides excellent service. Vendor recommendations are tailored to your style and budget.
-Contract Review- If you are unsure of the wording in your vendor's contracts of think an estimate for services is to high, send it over to me for review and professional advice.
-Signature Planning Packet- This is priceless! My custom 5 page planning packet is an ultra detailed document. With over 10 years coordinating weddings, it has undergone many revisions to be the ultimate guide to the elements of your wedding day without leaving out any detail. I hear all the time 'I didn't think of that!' This document is completed by me during our meetings. You receive a first and second revised copy to keep as your wedding day approaches.
-Custom Wedding Day Timeline- Covers from the moment of guests arrival, through the ceremony, bar opening, cocktail hour, introduction, first dance, father daughter dance, mother son dance, dinner service, toasts, cake cutting, send off, departure and vendor clean up.
-Cue All- ceremony and event elements listed above. Ensure a natural flow for the evening so all elements have a seamless transition.
-Set-up Assistance- on your wedding day, of personal items and details including favors, cake topper, server set, champagne flutes, guest book, card box, signs, pictures, programs, menus, table numbers, Mr. & Mrs. signs and more. Before rehearsal, you will transfer all these items to me and my vehicle, or the venue if allowed, so I can have them upon my arrival the day of the wedding.
-Ten hours of coordination on your Wedding Day - Based on a 4 to 5 hour event time including ceremony. I arrive 3 hours before your ceremony starts, or when we decide in planning. I stay one hour after your departure to ensure personal item return and vendor breakdown.
-Wedding Day Emergency Kit - contains back-up items sometimes forgotten such as scissors, safety pins, tape, nail polish, tissues, static guard, floral glue, reserved seating signs and SO SO much more.
-Liaison - For immediate family, bridal party, Band or DJ, florist, officiant, cake delivery, tent or stage set up, transportation or shuttle, and all other vendors.
-Collect all personal items- Ensure proper return to contact person or family. I repack everything you gave me prior to rehearsal and review all items with your contact person. Your gifts, cards, cake topper, leftover favors and florals will also go with this person.
-Inventory Checklist- We want all your personal items returned just as they came! The inventory list is a master document with everything you came with and are wanting returned.
-Ceremony Seating Chart- Great for organizing the two front rows of your ceremony space and deciding who will sit where. No one wants hurt feels on the wedding day!
All Inclusive Coordination
-Additional Family Venue Walk Through - Add a family member or two! This is a great idea to ge8t family involved and calm nerves and discuss some details and logistics. $100
-Additional Vendor Venue Walk Through - A great idea to get everyone on the same page. I suggest this meeting be done after Initial Planning. This meeting can be lengthy and take from 1 to 2 hours. $100
-Day of Assistant - When available, an assistant is always great help. A second pair of hands is always appreciated! $125
-Additional Event Time - Always available but required when event time (from the beginning of the ceremony to the send off) is greater than 5 hours. $75 per additional hour
